Processing issues - resolved

Our dedicated teams have been keeping hard at work and are now confident that we have solved the original issue that caused the initial outage and subsequent degraded performance of the processing service.

We are now seeing robust performance again and will continue to both closely monitor service activities as well as working on some follow-up tasks over the next coming days, after which we will start the process of regenerating missing previews across the platform.
